Issue/Introduction

app-ca.log captures an error ('OFast Server is not up!') in On Premise environments.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to an On Premise Classic Clarity (i.e.: no OFast server configured).
  2. Click in the 'About' link.

Expected Results: No errors in the logs.

Actual Results: The app-ca.log records an error:
ERROR yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss,ms [#] niku.xql2 (clarity:user:x:mainnav.about) (#) OFast Server is not up!

This issue has been fixed in Clarity 16.3.2.

Additional Information

The issue does not have any impact other than the error message appearing in the logs.
