app-ca.log captures an error ('OFast Server is not up!') in On Premise environments.
Steps to Reproduce:
Expected Results: No errors in the logs.
Actual Results: The app-ca.log records an error:ERROR yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss,ms [#] niku.xql2 (clarity:user:x:mainnav.about) (#) OFast Server is not up!

This issue has been fixed in Clarity 16.3.2.
The issue does not have any impact other than the error message appearing in the logs.
