iFrame issue with the Operations UI Plugin in Cloud Director: After the plugin is published to a Tenant or Provider, the same vCD window appears instead of displaying the metrics from vROPS.

Instead of the metrics from vROPs being displayed, you will see the same vCD window.

 

Issue in the vCD adapter logs.

VMware Aria Operations Management Pack for VMware Cloud Director: 8.18.1 - (Build: 24257156)

Cause

The failure occurs because the System Access URL is not configured correctly in the Admin Settings of Aria Operations.

Resolution

Steps:

• Login to the VMware Aria Operations manager.
• Navigate to Administration -> Global Settings.
• Replace the URL ****-*******-****-*******.******.*****.***/ui/ with the URL without the /ui/ at the end.
