The remaining allocation is not cleared after the resource's termination

Issue/Introduction

The resource allocation for a project staff member is reset to zero after the termination date, but the remaining allocation continues to be reflected.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Classic UI and create a resource.
2. Enable the resource for time entry and set the DOH.
3. Switch to New UI and open a project.
4. Add the previously created resource to the project staff.
5. Review the Allocation and Remaining Allocation of the resource in the Staff tab.
6. Set a termination date for the resource in the Classic UI profile.
7. Allow the Time Slicing sync job to execute without the "Force Update" option and wait for few minutes.
8. Verify the Allocation and Remaining Allocation for the resource on the project staff.

Expected Results: Both Allocation and Remaining Allocation should be cleared after the termination date.

Actual Results: Allocation is cleared, but Remaining Allocation remains. Running the Time Slicing sync job with the "Force Update" option removes the Remaining Allocation.

Clarity 16.3.1 and lower 

Cause

This is caused by DE167320

Resolution

This is fixed in Clarity 16.3.2

For release prior to Clarity 16.3.2, execute the  Time Slicing job with force update flag during non business hours
