Issue/Introduction

When trying to log into the Java Client, an AwE-9999 Internal error may be seen:

The client.log shows the following error:

Cause

Integrated Web Server may not be running

Resolution

Check to see if the Integrated Web Server is running.

If needed, review the $AW_HOME/log/webserver.log or %AW_HOME%\log\webserver.log (Windows OS) to see if there are any issues starting up the webserver
