Certificate renewal/automation fails with "Error from certificate management service: exit status 2" error on Avi version 30.2.x

Issue/Introduction

Certificate automation fails with 30.2.x release if the name field in certificate management profile contains a space. 

We see the following error in the UI when trying to create a CSR


The following error is seen in apiserver.INFO logs

0211 21:48:49.484314    E  46643        cscontainer_utils/cs_container.go:33    Failed to execute script, error: exit status 2
0211 21:48:49.485047    E  46643        customhooks/registry.go:84      Error from certificate management service: exit status 2

Resolution

This issue will be addressed in a future maintenance release. 

Workaround: Remove any spaces from the name field in the certificate management profile.
