UVC 7.01.01 Unable to open User Preferences - can't serialize object of type class

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading UVC to version 7.01.01 while having the "Centralized User Settings" option enabled, it is impossible to display the User Preferences in UVC as a popup error message is displayed with the error:

On environment [UJCENT/UVMS_NAME/X]:
User Preferences for UVMS_NAME:
Can't serialize object of type class com.orsyp.kmeleon.persistence.LocalFilePersistenceRepositry [Unauthorized deserialization attempt of class: java.text.SimpleDateFormat]

The same was working fine on version 7.00.21 and inferior.

Environment

UVC 7.01.01 with Centralized User Settings option enabled

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
