Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to a new release of the Database Management for Db2 for z/OS product suite starting RSPMAIN PARMLIB(hlq.CDBAPARM) SUFFIX(xx)
fails to start returning back to Option 6 ISPF Command Shell with no error message.

Cause

Imbalanced parentheses for the DBRMCNTL DD within the DSNAMExx member of hlq.CDBAPARM.

Resolution

Correct the incomplete syntax in the DSNAMExx member of hlq.CDBAPARM by balancing the necessary parentheses for all the datasets.
