Pause a sysview batch job

Issue/Introduction

Is there a proper way to do STOP the job for a while and RESTART it? 

 

Environment

SYSVIEW 17.0 - z/OS supported releases -

Resolution

This works using the  following commands: 

E JOBNAME,Q                should quiesce and 
E JOBNAME,RESUME   will resume
