WA Agent SFTP Job fails with "bad message" errors

Issue/Introduction

In some instances, the SFTP job may fail when downloading large number files. The following error message will be in agent spool / logs.

SOME_SFTP_JOB/MY_APP.1/MAIN.CybSFTPHandler.run[:979] - com.jscape.inet.sftp.RequestException: Bad message.

Environment

Workload Automation Agent 12.0

Cause

This is an issue with the agent libraries. 

Resolution

Upgrade WA Agent to 12.1 SP1 (12.1.01) or above.
