A variable in the "User" field of an FTP job is not taken into account.

Issue/Introduction

In an FTP job (FTP_GET/FTP_PUT) you can create a variable for almost all parameters:

• hostname
• local file/path
• remote file/path

It is however not possible to create variables for:

• user
• password

Workaround:

Use a Uproc of type CL_INT and call the command 'uxstr FTP'. This way you can use variables for all different input parameters.

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

NOTE: The fact that the User cannot be used in a variable is subject of a Request for Enhancement, this might be added in a future version.
