After applying Gen Multi-Socket Server Listener (TISRVMSL) PTF LU08295 see below error messages in Production & Test systems:
CAS9012A 00006 Key warnings/violations on CPU 3F7A98
CAS9013A Product 4F about to expire or is expired and is in use
Gen TCP/IP Direct Connect Option for CICS
The PTF SO15047 that fixes a similar error in this article CAS9013A license expire product 4F (Gen TCP/IP Direct Connect) is a pre-requisite for the PTF LU08295 installed in this scenario.
New LMP keys expiring in 2028 including for 4F had been previously added to KEYS member.
However the output of the command CAIRIMU PROD(4F)
run on the 2 systems showed violations for an old expired key e.g.
CAS9002I
CAS9087I Prod (4F) viols|warns/stat(122/Y) Warnstart(******<NA>******)
CAS9088I Expiry1(******<NA>******) Expiry2(******<NA>******)
CAS9101I 1stViol(02/11/2025@18:28) LastViol(02/27/2025@06:10)
CAS9002I
CAS9087I Prod (4F) viols|warns/stat(321/Y) Warnstart(******<NA>******)
CAS9088I Expiry1(******<NA>******) Expiry2(******<NA>******)
CAS9101I 1stViol(02/04/2025@15:04) LastViol(02/27/2025@06:15)
Support advised starting Common Services Resource Initialization Manager (CAIRM) with this command to refresh the loaded LMP keys:
S CAS9,,,LMPKEYS
The output of the command CAIRIMU PROD(4F)
run on both systems then showed:CAS9002I
CAS9087I Prod (4F) viols|warns/stat(000/N) Warnstart(Sun, 06-Feb-2028)
CAS9088I Expiry1(Tue, 07-Mar-2028) Expiry2(Thu, 06-Apr-2028)
The CAS9012A and CAS9013A messages also then stopped.
