Issue/Introduction

Failed to import feeds in an air gapped environment after upgrading Carbon Black Endpoint Detection & Response (CB EDR) from version 7.8.0 to 7.8.1.

Getting error 500 while attempting download of feeds, example:
Feed alienvault already exists, attempting update
Failed to update alienvault (error 500)

Cause

Known issue.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in EDR Version 7.9.0.

If upgrade is not possible right now, please contact Broadcom support for a hotfix.
