Issue/Introduction

When using Endevor and ADDI (V6.1.2) and ACF2, set up READ access to Endevor by ADDI listener but getting ACF2 errors 

ACF99913 ACF2 VIOLATION-04,02,ADDILSNR,XXXNNN,XXXX.X.XXXXXXXX,N/A
ACF92913 - VSAM DATASET CANNOT BE OPENED, AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED.

ACF99913-04 means ADDI Listener task is seeking WRITE access to that dataset

Resolution

ENCOPTBL option VSAM_INPUT_OK causes Endevor to try opening MCF's as well as the other VSAMs in read-only mode
