PAM client returning blank screen on Mac OS ARM64 platform

Issue/Introduction

On MacOS ARM64 the PAM Client downloads and installs.  Once the installation is completed, PAM client returns a blank screen with no login prompt.

Environment

Privileged Access Manager 4.2.1

Cause

Inaccurate Platform selected. Notice "MacOS Intel" is selected.

Resolution

Select the correct "Platform" from the dropdown. In this case, MacOS ARM64.

This allowed the PAM client to display properly.
