Missing devices from PM (Performance Management) in DXOI

Issue/Introduction

There are more than 1500 devices in PM (Performance Management), but there less than a hundred in DXOI.

Environment

PM: 23.3.11

DXOI SaaS

Cause

Missing group in OI Integration group.

Underneath OI Integration --> OI Inventory Group, there is only one entry:

• Derived OI Inventory Group

This is what is expected in the OI Integration group:

OI Integration --> OI Inventory Group, there should be two entries:

• Derived OI Inv Grp
• OI Seed Group

Resolution

a) Delete the OI Integration group within Portal

b) Restart the OIConnector service

It will recreate the proper OI Integration Group structure.

Verify after a few minutes the groups, should be recreated properly in DXOI.
