AWI does not remove the banner about client state

Issue/Introduction

The banner with text "Client XXX is inactive. Automatic Processing is not possible" is not automatically removed in case the Client is started via the UC_CLIENT_SETTINGS - STARTUP_ACTION - WAIT XXX
Only after a logout/logon the users that were connected to AWI while the AE system was fully restarted and therefore the client was Stopped for some time after the startup, the banner will disappear.
This problem does not occur if the Client is stopped / started manually in AWI - Administration - Clients.

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
