unable to receive the event after agent group configured

Issue/Introduction

-IIS content pack installed in Aria Operations for logs.

-3 Agents are installed successfully in 3 IIS servers.

-Adding specify parameter on liagent via agent group portal.

-Only one agent collecting events while other two collecting none.

Environment

Aria Operations for Logs 8.X

Cause

In case agent group setting implemented on content pack template, customer could only update the liagent-effective.ini file via Aria Operations for logs, instead of editing liagent.ini separately.

Resolution

Adding filter on agent group to reserve the target agents for setting centrally.

If separate agent setting should be applied on different agents, prepare and apply the required setting on these agent groups based on proper filter.
