How to pull the alert message details and description

Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to pull the alert message of probes for example ntservices alert customized alert message description from the monitoring servers. Please help us to fetch the details of alert message details and description.

Environment

Release: Any DX UIM

 

Resolution

If the custom alerts are live then it can be pulled from the DB, but if we wish to pull a report of all the custom messages then it is not possible as the messages are stored locally in respective probe cfg files.
