DX Unified Infrastructure Management (Nimsoft / UIM)

Issue/Introduction

When using the Secure Bus/Secure Hub, I am able to view alarms using the Alarm Console standalone app in Infrastructure Manager, and I am able to "freeze" or hold the display by clicking on the "traffic light" icon.

 

However,  clicking the same icon does not appear to un-freeze the display and alarms are "stuck" on hold.

 

Environment

DX UIM 23.4.3 and prior
Secure Bus/Secure Hub (e.g. 23.4.3S)

This will be resolved in DX UIM 23.4.4 (aka 23.4 CU4) which is set to be released in late April/Early May 2025.
