Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Operations 9.0

Resolution

Before you begin, ensure you have the necessary administrative privileges and have backed up your configurations to prevent data loss. If you are unfamiliar with these processes or have concerns about the impact on your environment, please consult Broadcom support for further assistance.

 

  1. Login to VCFOPS and navigate to fleet Management
  2. Navigate to Identity and Access tab
  3. Select the VCF instance with SSO configured
  4. Click "Reset SSO" in the SSO configuration page
  5. Pop up will provide with options to reset the whole or partial SSO configurations 
  6. Select appropriate option and submit the request
