A container group that has subgroups under it it is prevented by the OC GUI to be deleted.
However, there are steps to reproduce a scenario where the delete button is also allowed. This can cause massive issues if Parent groups with many subgroups are deleted all at once with the consequences of deleting many potential MCS profiles under it.
Steps:
1. Edit a container group that cannot be deleted because it is parent groups of other groups.
2. Then save it without any change.
3. After this you will have the possibility to Delete the group
