Issue/Introduction
The original service mesh was deleted.
No other service meshes or HCX appliances exist.
Only the HCX managers remain.
All HCX managers appear to be healthy.
The current service mesh appears to be healthy.
When attempting to create a new service mesh, the inventory of the peer site does not populate.
The remote site compute profile cannot be chosen, therefore the creation of the service mesh is halted.
No graphical indications or logs reveal any issues or error messages.

Resolution
Ensure connectivity between HCX Managers and vCenter Servers.
Test port connectivity from HCX manager with "nc -vz <Peer HCX Manager IP Address> [443|902|80]" to ensure the requiired ports are open in any firewall
Reboot the managers to ensure they are in a ready state.
