How to have Jobtrac issue an alert message when a job is LATE?

Resolution

In the JOBTRAxx startup parms, code the following:

ECLLATE=Y        /* ROUTE LATE MESSAGES TO LOCAL OR EVENT CONSOLE*/

 

This option will cause the following WTO to be written to the console:

TRAC050W Late, Not Submitted by Target Time -  Event(ABCDE3)

You can have your automation product trap the message and take an action.
