Sender/User matches pattern in policy is not working as expected with clipboard

Issue/Introduction

When trying to implement a policy that is meant to monitor the clipboard the sender list in the groups tab does not work as expected (As rule or exception)

Cause

This is working as designed. Sender patterns are only designed to work with data in motion off of the system to another destination.

Resolution

Instead of using a sender pattern use a sender matches User Group:
