"You do not have permissions to perform this action" when attempting to perform the Shutdown Cluster operation on vSAN Services

Issue/Introduction
The Shutdown Cluster (vSAN Services) option in the vCenter Server UI is greyed out for non-administrator users.
These users are receiving the error: "You do not have permissions to perform this action" when trying to perform the Shutdown Cluster operation.
Environment
vCenter Server 8.0.x vSAN 8.0.x ESXi 8.0.x
Cause
Role assigned to non-administrator user does not have required privileges to perform Shutdown Cluster (vSAN Services) activity.
Resolution
Assign below privileges to the role mapped to non-administrator user. These are the minimum privileges required for "Shutdown cluster" option to be available.
In the Host section, select below privileges :
Maintenance
Modify Cluster
Power
Note: No vCenter Server service restart or reboot is required to apply the changes made to the role.
