ETL process hangs and do not process the file

Issue/Introduction

While running the Identity Governance ETL process it hangs and stop to process the file.

Environment

Identity Governance 14.x

Cause

Looking at the Identity Governance log we can see the following error message

About the Oracle error ORA-01654 the DBA must increase the tablespace USERS
