Unable to install or upgrade the "WA_AGENT" agent. The agent return code is "11"

Issue/Introduction

When upgrading from the 12.0 Agent to the 12.1SP1 Agent using the iso image, receiving the following error message

[CAUAJM_W_116414] Unable to install or upgrade the "WA_AGENT" agent. The agent

installer return code is "11"

 

So, after going to /mnt/modules/Agent directory and manually running the setup.bin, the following error message was displayed:

12.1 and above

Resolution

1. Remove the old POJO plugins
2. After upgrading to the new Agent, need to get the current POJO Plugins from the Automation Marketplace
3. Install the current POJO Plugins
