Issue/Introduction

During SPS configuration getting error 

"creation of proxy UI protection Policy Failed!

Environment

Release: 12.8.X (Windows) 
component: SMSPS (CA Access Gateway) 

Resolution

 Follow the below steps for issue resolution. 

   - update the Agent name in adminUI

     

   - open the Associated ACO 
   - locate the following two parameters 
     

      - Agentname
      - Defaultagentname 
       

   - enable these parameters by removing the "#" and add the agent name 
   - save the settings
