NSX Edge with T1 configured with Active Standby shows as Active Active

Issue/Introduction

• NSX User Interface: Networking > Tier-1 Gateway > HA Mode. Shows T1 set to Active Standby
• Clicking on Active Standby link shows both Edges are marked as Active
• From Edge Cli both Edges show T1 mode in A/S but State as Active

• Traffic is actively using both T1s. That is to say traffic may ingress one T1 and egress the second T1.
• Traffic may be intermittently affected.

Resolution

Workaround: 

Put Edges in/out of Maintenance Mode.
