Browsers store static assets like CSS, JavaScript, and images in their cache to reduce load times. When a website is updated, the browser should ideally download the new versions of these files. However, if the file's name or URL doesn't change after an update, the browser may continue using the old cached version instead of downloading the new one. This is because the browser assumes the file hasn't changed.
In the case of a PSPack upgrade, as opposed to a full upgrade, it's particularly likely that file names or URLs of static assets may remain the same. Therefore, the browser might not recognize that new versions of these files are available, leading to the use of outdated cached files and causing display or functionality issues.
Clear your browser's cache and cookies. This will force the browser to download the latest files from the server.
