All Detectors have a state of Unknown after restoring Enforce from a Disaster.

Issue/Introduction

After restoring Enforce to its pre-disaster state, the console reports all detectors as unknown.

Environment

DLP 16.1 Enforce

DLP 16.1 Web Prevent, Email Prevent, Endpoint Prevent

Cause

When Enforce starts up, and tries to connect to all detectors, it fails to deliver critical components required to start the Detector service. These failures appear as WARNING level log messages in the MonitorController log.

Example:

WARNING: Failed to get keystore data for provision id
