Cause

The linux-rt-4.19.321-3.ph3 version of Photon OS addresses a bug in the kernel dealing with Eventfd.

Resolution

When dealing with DU DPP pod bounces,  all DUs should be running at least linux-rt-4.19.321-3.ph3.
