Pending ETC column displays zero in OWB Status Update View

The Pending Estimates value is not matching the ETC value from the assignment. 

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a project in PPM (03-NOV-2015 thru 24-NOV-2015)   
    • Make sure that project and task dates fall under the current dates  
  2. Add two resources to the team 
  3. Create a task with same duration as of project and assign both resources to the task  
  4. Add some proposed ETC (16 hours) to one assignment 
  5. Post some actuals(40 hours) for the week(11/9/2015) on the other resource 
  6. Add some ETC(16 hours) for the second assignment 
  7. Make the starting day of the week(11/9/2015) the week that resource posted actuals in step #5 as "Non-Workday" in the calendar 
  8. Open the project in OWB
  9. Go to Controlling "Status Update" view to check the Pending ETC [CA Time](Hours) column for the assignment whose actuals are posted 
  10. In the Project Tab , click on Pending Estimates and accept pending estimates, the ETC will be overwritten to zero

Expected Result: Pending ETC should be the ETC for the assignment   

Actual Result: Pending ETC is Zero
