HCX migration validation failing with the following error: "The selected target compute container is not connected to the target storage or network"

Issue/Introduction

While configuring a Bulk Migration in HCX, the workflow fails upon clicking the "VALIDATE" button, displaying the following error: "The selected target compute container is not connected to the target storage or network."

Resolution

Confirm the target Compute Container (Cluster/Host) has access to the storage and network chosen in the VM for Migration wizard

• If multiple networks are available and the Network Names are the same, ensure the destination Compute Container (Cluster/Host) has access to the Switch listed for that Network Name and the checkbox is selected for that network name and corresponding Switch

(In the below example, the Network Names are the same and the only difference in the 2 Networks is the Switch Name)
