MUX- When performing Export to CSV on the Staff tab the Allocation field exports very large unrelated numbers.

Issue/Introduction

When your locale is English(South Africa) and user performing Export to CSV on the Staff tab the Allocation field exports very large unrelated numbers.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login to MUX and click on user profile to go into Settings->General.
2. Set Unit of Measure to Hours, CSV Export Format to Export/Import and Locale to English(South Africa).
3. Navigate to Projects and open any existing project.
4. Go to Staff tab.
5. Add several resources and add some allocation in the per-period cells with decimal values, example 108.42207 and 126.49241
6. Do Export to CSV and notice very large numbers that don't match what is observed in Clarity.

Expected Results: It should export same numbers user sees in the UI.

Actual Results: it is exporting large and unrelated numbers.

As per Engineering's team review it is not a Clarity defect but an issue with clients spreadsheet application as the data is getting exported properly.
