CPU utilization is high in the primary hub

Issue/Introduction

We are facing issues in our primary hub where the CPU is going to 100% high frequently because of this issue. Users are not able to access the portal, and the performance of the primary hub server is getting affected. 

Environment

• DX UIM 23.4
• apm_bridge 1.10
• oi_connector 1.56

Cause

• apm_bridge v1.10 was taking up 62%+ of the cpu

Resolution

• Deployed apm_bridge v1.11 which contains the fix for this and other issues found with cpu in v1.09 and 1.10.
  
  
• Deployed oi_connector v1.57 as well.
