Agents connected to proxy on version 24 disconnect and reconnect every 40 or 600s

Issue/Introduction

The 24.x Proxy Client disconnects Agents 24.x connected via a Proxy Server 24.x with the error:

proxy client log:
20250114/105343.769 - U02100051 Web socket connection '*4[AESYSTEM#CP00X] closed with status code 'Shutdown (1001)', reason 'Connection Idle Timeout'.\

proxy server log:
20250114/105343.774 - U02100051 Web socket connection '*5[*unknown*] closed with status code 'Shutdown (1001)', reason 'Connection Idle Timeout'.\

on agent log:
20250114/105343.774 - U02000383 Web Socket connection closed with status code '1001 (Connection Idle Timeout)'.

jcp log:
20250114/105343.770 - 59     U00003438 Error in connection 'Agent AGENT_NAME'. 'org.eclipse.jetty.websocket.core.exception.WebSocketTimeoutException' function: Error 'Connection Idle Timeout'

On version 24.3 of the Proxy and AE components this occurs every 600s instead of every 40s (versions AE/Proxy 24.2 and inferior).
