To download VMware Converter:

1. Log in to the Broadcom Support portal.
2. If you have not registered yet, register. 
3. Log in with your registered user credentials. 
4. Use the dropdown next to Username and select VMware Cloud Foundations.
5. On the left hand side menu, click My Downloads.
6. Click on Free Software Downloads available HERE, which will redirect to https://support.broadcom.com/group/ecx/free-downloads
   
   
   
   
7. In the search bar in the upper right side of the page enter "VMware vCenter converter".
   
   
   
   
8. Click on VMware vCenter converter
9. Expand Standard which will show the available versions
   
   
   
   
10. Click on the desired version to download the software.
