Service health alert was generated . The alert did not close. (The service health was not impacted during this time) 

 But it has not been closed even though the health of the service is not affected.

 

Resolution

Cleared alarms on the backend . .DE629107 Alerts generated even if "Enable Service Health Alarm" is disabled
