How to prevent the NSX alerts from triggering in Aria Operations

Issue/Introduction

In some cases, alerts from an NSX endpoint are not required.

Environment

Aria Operations 8.14.x and later

Resolution

In Aria operations 8.14 & 8.16 navigate to

• Data Sources > Integrations > Locate NSX-T adapter instance
• Edit the adapter instance configuration
• Click on Advanced Settings 
• Navigate to Exclude Services from monitoring 
• Select the Services which you want to disable from monitoring 

In Aria Operations 8.18 navigate to

• Administrations > Integrations > Locate NSX-T adapter instance
• Edit the adapter instance configuration
• Click on Advanced Settings
• Navigate to Exclude Services from monitoring
• Select the Services which you want to disable from monitoring
