Issue/Introduction

During the ZDU process, a manual stop/start of the AE process was performed manually in 2 nodes, so a switch of the PWP takes place between WPs still in the base version, before the target version is up.

This is not needed, as the wizard will take care of stopping the processes on the old version and because of this the wizard remains stuck and you cannot move forward or backward in such situation.

Defect Public Description: A problem has been solved in the ZDU process where the PWP was terminated from the BASE version before switching to the new one (upgrade step), causing the web wizard to jump directly to the upgrade step.
