Installation of Aria Operations Amazon AWS MP version 8.18.1 fails to complete installation

Issue/Introduction

when installing the Amazon AWS MP, unable to complete the installation. The "NEXT" button is grayed out

 

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18 and later

Cause

The issue has been traced to a faulty downloaded MP file: vmware-awsadapters-8.18.1-24395668.pak.

 

Resolution

To resolve the issue:

1. download the file from marketplace 

2. run md5 checksum on the file and validate the hash matches the downloaded file:

 ee32be6f33e9cb32779b72c0ee452a9db093af03
