UIM hub probe tunnels referencing old openssl.org URL

Issue/Introduction

On the hub tunnel configuration screen in the IM configuration, the security settings window references the following URL:

http://www.openssl.org/docs/apps/ciphers.html

This URL appears to have moved.  Is there a new URL to reference and learn more?

Cause

Old hardcoded link needs to be updated

Resolution

The following URL can be used to reference the latest information on Cipher Strings:

https://docs.openssl.org/master/man1/openssl-ciphers/#cipher-list-format
