OC Group Hierarchy not showing the device

Issue/Introduction

We have recently upgraded our dev environment to DX UIM 23.4 CU3, and now we are seeing a new issue where the device is not showing in the group hierarchy, but when we edit the group and try to find the device, it shows the device. Also, the API is not returning the values for that group, but we are able to see values for other groups. 

Environment

• DX UIM 23.4 CU3
• nis_server 23.4.3

Resolution

After restarting the nis_server probe, the dynamic groups are updated properly, and it's showing the proper count in the group hierarchy as well.

It is also recommended to update to 23.4 CU5 or above for the improved performance, stability, and long-term supportability by adoption of the latest Java 21 LTS release.
