Issue/Introduction

DX O2 Onprem : Upgrade stuck -v 24.1 to 24.2

Environment

DX O2 On Prem 

Cause

1. there was a acc-postgres-upgrade job from the earlier failed job still exists in the background
2. Upgrade-to-24.2.bash related to folder permissions

Resolution

1.  Removed the stuck job script 'acc-postgres-upgrade'

2. Corrected the folder and 'file Upgrade-to-24.2.bash' permission
