Issue/Introduction

The following messages are displayed and XCOM does not come up.

     Application error.  MCH3601 unmonitored by CAXC2TCP at statement 0000000010, instruction X'0000'.
     Function check. CEE9901 unmonitored by XCOMSRVR at statement *N, instruction X'0366'.
     Message CEE9901 in called program QLEAWI (C D F G).
 

Environment

Release: CA XCOM for i5/OS (AS/400)

Cause

This problem can occur after a full restore of CA XCOM. The user space was created by QSECOFR. The user who restarted XCOM TCP didn't have access to the user space created by QSECOFR.

Resolution

Delete the user space TCP4M08044 and let the STRXCTCP command recreate it.
