vSAN information missing on vCenter under vSAN tabs for configure and monitor after power outage.

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

After a power outage on vSAN cluster hosts, vSAN information under configure tabs and monitor tab for health show blank under vSAN cluster.

The vCenter UI would show as below when you experience this issue.

• vSAN services tab under vSAN cluster show as below.

• vSAN monitor tab under vSAN cluster show as below.

All the services are up on vCenter server, certificate health is good and no issues with user permissions.

Environment

VMware vSAN 7.x

VMware vSAN 8.x

Cause

The issue can be due to the cache on the browser. 

Resolution

On the browser, clear the cache and cookies.

Alternatively, use Private Browsing or browser in incognito mode to address this issue.
