Symantec DLP : Getting error "Symantec DLP System Alert: Unable to run scheduled report"

Issue/Introduction

Receiving alerts indicating that the DLP is unable to run the Scheduled Incident Report.

 'Send Now' works fine but Scheduled Incident Report have issue.

In localhost logs we see.

org.quartz.JobExecutionException: java.lang.NullPointerExceptionorg.quartz.JobExecutionException: java.lang.NullPointerException

Or/And "unhandled exception" 

Resolution

As workaround two steps are needed to be done.

1. Edit the scheduled report using the new UI and save it.
2. Remove "file Size" column

To fix the issue, Upgrade to 16.0 RU2 or 16.1 would needed.
