CA 7 DB.11 Panel on ISPF does not work post install of Release 12.1

Issue/Introduction

DB.11 on ISPF doesn't work post R12.1

Cannot access DB.11 directly using ISPF interface.

Receive message:

CA-7.012 REQUEST FOR COMMAND ACCESS DENIED BY CA-7.

                                                   
REASON:                                            
                                                   
CAL2120I - UNRECOGNIZED TRANSACTION            

However when entering DB and then select option 11 works.
Users cannot access DB.11 using batch services.

Following exits are installed for CA 7 Release 12.1:

SASSSECD
SASSSECI
SASSSX10
SASSTRAN
SASSUID 
SASSXX17

Environment

Product: CA 7 

Resolution

Recompilation of SASSTRAN exit fixed the problem on upgraded CA 7 Release 12.1 region on Production Lpar.
