Other fixes were included as expected and the patch can be used as is if the fix for DE161858 is not needed
If you are facing the issue - download the patch again from Broadcom Support site, it has the correct ISO uploaded on Feb 13
Install it again on the affected environment
Note:
If you are about to upgrade to 16.3.1+, then you do not have to reapply the patch 1. Only do this if you are planning to stay on 16.3.0.1 for some time.
